Our services are accessible to everyone, regardless of physical fitness level, and no special swimming skills are required.

4. User Accounts

5.1 Fitness Assessment

It is your responsibility to ensure that you are physically capable of participating in our water fitness programs. We recommend consulting with a healthcare professional before beginning any exercise program.

5.2 Assumption of Risk

You acknowledge that participation in physical exercise and fitness activities involves inherent risks of injury. You voluntarily assume all such risks and release Aurevastirain from any claims arising from your participation in our programs.

5.3 Safety Guidelines

You agree to follow all safety instructions and guidelines provided by our instructors and to immediately inform staff of any health concerns or injuries during training sessions.

6. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials on Aurevastirain's website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Modify or copy the materials
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display
• Attempt to reverse engineer any software contained on the website

9.3 No-Show Policy

Failure to attend a scheduled session without proper cancellation may result in forfeiture of the session fee.

10. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Aurevastirain, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Service.

Our total liability to you for any damages arising from or related to these Terms or your use of our Service shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Aurevastirain and its licensee and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees).
